I'm trying to understand, but Old English has not been my foray. I guess it is saying about our inner battles and how we overcome them without the knowledge or publicity of the outside?

The last stanza (?) I'm kinda lost at. Usually I'm so good at these but my mind has been... scrambled.

It is whatever you interpret it to be, though I have roughly the same interpretation of the poem as you do.

Then we are thinking the same thoughts. Excellent. The symbiosis is almost complete. ::Evil grin::

I've been wanting to say that for quite some time. Actually, you ever get those words in your head that you never thought you'd be able to say in a conversation but then later on, they pop up and you are like 'Oh yeah! I can totally use that!'..

Well, that was one of those times. ::Smiles::

I love it! It was such a good word choice and fit perfectly in the moment. Well done!

    "Who charge within the bosom
    The cavalry of woe."

Great word for overcoming sorrow and despair.
