Love It!

I love baking! I didn't bake much when I lived with my parents well, I wasn't home longer enough first of all, but now that I am on my own I realized I love baking! I bake a cake or cookies at least once a week. Mainly because my boyfriend takes it to work with him for a snack, but really because I love it. I rarely eat the stuff I make. I'm not a big fan of cake.

People always ask me to make the cakes or cookies for a party or a gathering. It makes me feel good that I'm good enough for people to ask me to make more and its something I really enjoy doing. This past Christmas I was asked to do all the baking. I ended up making over 20 dozen cookies, 4 dozen whoopie pies, and 4 batches of peanut butter fudge. It took me about a week to do it all. I loved it. =)
