"Can you imagine what you could do, if you did all that you can?"
My reflection: I think many times we limit ourselves into thinking we can't do something. This limiting belief is a product of our upbringing. If we had supportive family and friends growing up, then our belief in our potential is unlimited. BUT, if we didn't, we "grew" into a cycle of belief that we were not able to do things or experience things.
From personal experience, I can tell you that YOU CAN DO ALL that YOU THINK you can do! The emphasis is on You. This time it really is all about you. Many times people have fears and they impose those fears onto you. For example, if you had a parent that was afraid of water, never went swimming and never learned to swim because they "heard" that if you went swimming you would drown, and they shared their fear with you in a belief that if you tried swimming, you would drown then they have imposed their fear onto you. Over time, you end up believing these limiting fears. Believe enough of them and you have crippled your growth as a person and your potential. STOP THAT!
You can do anything and be anything IF YOU TRY! Now obviously, you can't be the Queen of England, but you can pursue what is in your heart regarding career, health and life goals.
Think it out, make a plan, follow steps to reach your goal, modify your steps if necessary, but never take your eyes off YOUR ultimate goal. Your life is yours to live. No one else's. People will try to give you advice, let them. Thank them for it (even if it is contradictory to your beliefs. There is no reason to start a fight with someone who has opposite beliefs than you.) Know in your heart that if you diligently follow your steps that you will reach your goal. Then those who were naysayers of your goal will be surprised (sometimes even spiteful and jealous) of your accomplishment.
You can be all you can be but, you have to imagine it first.
