My Garden, Brownies and Cornbread

In about a month, I'll be tilling up my backyard for the garden.   I usually till up 4,000 square feet, but this year it will be about 30% larger. I grow a wide variety of veggies and can and freeze them for my recipes.  I give quite a bit of it to the neighbors that I like.  Recently I learned how to can green tomatoes for frying later in the year.  I really enjoy cooking for others and hate cooking for myself.  Why should I cook when I'm alone when I can just open a can and stick a fork in it.

If you cook brownies using unsweetened chocolate, the recipe will probably call for vanilla extract.  Leave that ingredient out.  It cuts down on the chocolately flavor.

Would someone please tell me how to cook decent cornbread.
