Authentic Chinese-colorful Stir-fried Noodle

On some of the days, I get really lazy as everyone else does. So instead of preparing multiple dishes, I will just do one  that could cater to all my needs.  So for today,  I will do a stir-fried version of noodle, that will be colorful, tasty and also super satisfying.

 

Ingredients ( feel free to check the ingredients in Sophia’s Food Wiki , regarding their looks, flavor, effects/ benefits and  other)

  • 250g  Udon noodle or other thick , easy to cook noodle
  • 1 tomato
  • 0.5 pound of pork tenderloin
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tsp of tomato sauce/cooking wine/ sugar/soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of salt/ pepper
  • 2 tsp of oil

 Preparation 

  1. Cook the noodles and cool them in ice water
  2. Dice the pork tenderloin and marinate with cooking wine for 5-10min
  3. Chop the tomato, pepper and union
  4.  Chop the noodle , to 1-2cm per section.

 Steps(see detailed picture below)

  1. Heat up oil,  add pork and cook until color change ; Add in pepper and cook for 15s. Take out the mixture for later use
  2. Heat up oil, stir fry tomato and onion until soft
  3. Add  the pre-cooked pork/pepper ,  tomato sauce/cooking wine/ sugar/salt/ pepper/soy sauce, mix well
  4. Add  the chopped noodles and make sure all of them are coated with juice/sauce, cook for 1 min, ready to serve

  • Noodle chewy and vegetables tasty.

 Tips:

  • Drain the water from noodles quickly and completely; otherwise, they will stick together and be funny.
