    i also love to cook. i often do not follow recipe books. i just get ideas from them then cook it the way i want it.

    I'm with you on that Kindal. Food can definitely be erotic and there is nothing that I like more than cooking for my fiance. I also am not formally trained. I think that formal training can actually stand in your way a bit. I cook with my heart first and my head second. You never know what combination might be a winner.

    I love to cook and bake too. It can be very erotic if you have that special someone. I love getting the accolades when I make a good dish and someone likes it a lot. I use to own a restaurant and am a fairly good cook but i'm not formally trained.

    I know all about long hours. I own a small business that does on call service work. If I ever get involved with the restaurant business it will be as an owner overseeing things not actual hands on. I'm not scared of hard work though. I would look forward to the challenge.

    HAHAHA! I'm not a huge fan of soups..but have been interested in your Mexican capabilities..I was told a while back you make people go for seonds and thirds..I'm interested in having this problem LOL..

    Sounds like love to me. I think if you did actually do your love for your job you'de find that you still love it and still want to cook in your lesure time. ANd really think about a book if that's what your friends suggest. Continue your love for cooking. Who doesn't enjoy food. And you're right a good meal can make an evening wonderfull.

    I may eventually get around to that. It's hard to put to paper how I cook because it's literally different every time. I try things, modify things, add things, take away things and change the proportions. It's rare that I measure anything.

    I've done most of the cooking for the family. Its always a tiny little thrill when the boys pass right by my wife and ask me whats for dinner.
