My Macaroni SaladOne thing that has become a staple in our home is canned shrimp. Because years ago, I was looking at it in the store and came up with an idea I still use today. I make it several times a year.
Macaroni salad with canned shrimp thrown in. Or in a pinch, canned tuna or canned chicken works. But shrimp tastes best.
Simply macaroni, boiled eggs, olive oil and/or mayonnaise, pickle relish, mushroom, olives and parmesan cheese. Hot peppers if you're in the mood.
