At first, I hated to cook . Always swore that I'll never be in front of a hot stove. Welp, I started creating things for the fun & started watching cooking shows. I felt like I can do that. Long story short, last year, I've gotten my associate degree in culinary arts. My specialty is Asian cuisine. I have hopes of someday owning an Asian fusion bistro or perhaps small catering, yet I don't have great networking skills due to me not being a talker. I, simply, love to cook & I enjoy it very much. Always learning new tricks & techniques and importantly, experimenting.
