I Love Grilled Cheese

Sometimes the best lunches comprise of just what you happen to have on hand. I decided on grilled cheese today, so rummaging through everything, I cut in half a slice of cracked wheat sourdough and sliced up some grass fed sharp NZ Cheddar. I'd roasted some garlic not too long ago in some olive oil and still had a bit of the oil left over, so I used it to grease the griddle.

Wow. Just enough hint of garlic to kick this sandwich into overdrive. It was amazing! I love when things come together so well just because. Don't you?
