Experimental Chef

In my life I was never taught to cook as a child or young adult it was always done for me. I am now fourty five years old and exploring cooking. The beauty of this is I am not tainted by other peoples influences. I experiment with lots of foods and create what I call my own dishes. Sure someone else has probably made dishes similar to mine in history, but there is nothing more satisfying than knowing you did something that pleasures somone else all on your own. My tasty dishes are all made by me. I never use recipies or make any of them, so each dish I ever make will never be the same thing twice. Each one will have its own unique flavor and texture when it hits that pulpable pallet called the mouth.

I love to take a recipe and make it mine. I will see something on TV my wheels start turning how I can make it mine.
