I Like to Cook
From born my family including my mom would put the gravey of every meat they cook to my mouth so i would not be picky as i get older. When i was 1year old my family would give me a carrot or anytime of veg that they know kids would not eat by doing this as i get older these taste will be familiar to me and so i would not reject them when my dinner is shared. When am sick my family would not rush to put me on pills or medicine we use natural herbs and bush medicines only take pills prescribe by doctors when absolutely necessary. My grandma taught me that doctors often prescribe pills etc but when you eat healthy as you get older your doctors visit becomes very rare. So food is good but what you eat determines how easy you are to get sick. Well when i was 5yr old i was shown the kitchen and what it is used for lol this was until this day made me who i am. Am not a person that loves spicey food but my spices that i use are healthy and fresh from the earth my dishes are excellent and being a jamaican we are taught to cook from a young age because as my grandma says a way to man heart is through is stomach whether you are a lesbian or not as a woman you must can cook,if you cant then learn from someone who can it is not embarrassing if you cant but be willing to learn cos experimenting with food is awesome. I love my banana with yam potaton and pumpkin with brown stew chicken with ocro, and broad beans and scotch bonnet pepper wow tasty. I also love my peanut porridge, banana porridge or plantain porridge in the morning with a fruit of my choice. Or my oven fried meat. Oven frying is healthy than skillet frying too much fat and oil but oven keeps the nutrients in and make the meat moist and sweet. I love my natural juices wow am talking, home blended juice with ginger. Like banana juice with guiness and tin milk, or cranberry juice,plum juice, etc so when their is cookin am there not cos am a butch doesn mean i dont know my dishes lol:)
