So... Please tell us... What have you cooked so far this weekend? What's on the menu for tomorrow and Monday?

Well I did not venture far out today.... Hot dogs/ green onion sausages and cheese burgers.... Planning big shopping trip tomorrow and will make something yummy :)

We're expecting a detailed report of the menu... as well as some first-hand reviews of your delicious culinary creations... :)

Good pot of Gumbo ( Seafood or Chicken &Sasuage )

I make an awesome gumbo ! Andouillie , chicken, shrimp

Sounds like a throw down challenge on cooking Gumbo lol ( place second in a cook off last year)

Oooooo I'm down for a throw down but I'm a bit intimidated ! I'd give it a shot though

Ms Kitti you know cooking is all about fun When it's a throw down lol

I'm game chief !

How about quiche? A simple ham and cheddar quiche is always good. I also make a veggie quiche... seeded sliced tomatoes, green onions, broccoli, feta cheese, monterey jack cheese... seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano... :)

Sounds great!

Thai food

Baked honey glazed salmon (fresh caught), topped with a cream dill sauce. Side of steamed asparagus, drizzled with a buttery reduction and wild long grain rice. Pair with either a Zeller Swartz Reisling or a Pinot.

Yum!!!

Anything on the grill is good , but for a change how about pork chops ?

Ooooh ! Yum .... Maybe some stuffed pork chops! Thanks :)
