I Like to Do Volunteer Work
It is time for all of us to come together.
With the election season now behind us, it is time for everyone to reach out their collective hands, and to come together. The unity that we create now will echo and resound in ripples and waves across our country, and through out the world. The time of the autumn harvest is the perfect time to participate in celebrating the greatness that we are as a people. Become a part of your block, your neighborhood and your community. We are all facing tough times, some having it tougher than we ourselves are experiencing. The giving season is fast approaching. Keep an eye on your neighbors. Share what you can with each other. Don't just throw something away that you don't need. See if there might be someone who could use it. There are lots of Americans out of work. Jobs are scarce, and everyone is tightening their belts. Many elderly people are having an extra hard time of it lately. That extra serving that you have from dinner, would be much appreciated by someone who has none. The price of heating means an extra need for warm blankets, and coats. Donate goods to a local charity. Donate your time to help those less fortunate. Give from your heart, and with your soul. By working together as a country united, we will eventually come out of this financial crises as much better and stronger people. God Bless America.
