I love a walk in nature after my morning coffee, listening to birdsong or inspiring podcasts in my ipod. I think it´s one of the best habits one can have, it gives both exercise and time to think and connect with something deeper. clears the mind and invigorates the body. Daily walks will be a part of my life for as long as I live.

I love my daily walk and its a intergral part of my life style. I love the meditation I get from connecting to nature. Its a great way to calm down and relax with the beauty surrounding us.

I completely agree, it is a great habit. I also love to walk and walking make us feel good and is healthy.
