True Strength Is My Goal

I go to gym minimum 3 days in a week, but i make sure i do what is right to gain strength in this 3 days. Most people do not know what are they doing. I keep a goal to achieve strength and this automatically brings me in good shape . I kept control on what i eat and this help me a lot to provide protein for my muscle and avoiding extra calorie intake. My suggestion is to do right exercise, eat quality food and have good rest. Take guidance from professional but stay away from injury. I know everybody is struggling like i use to in my past.
