Nitro Shock Review

The Nitro Shock Review, a mid-size SUV from Dodge combines a top belt line and a raised seating position for passengers within a unique and distinctive "boxy" shape to line itself besides other mid-size SUV's. Some have referred to the raised seating to be theatre style. A seating arrangement that is suitable for comfortableness and visibility of its passengers. The Dodge Nitro can be purchased in both a 4x2 and a 4x4 version, which can be had as Heat, Detonator, or Shock trim. The Shock adds heated front seat, leather trim interior, and power sunroof. Standard safety features include: front airbags, side curtain airbags, active head restraints, traction and stability control with roll-over mitigation, brake assist, along with a tire-pressure monitor and ABS.
The Media Center upgrade package adds to the Detonator and Shock trim levels navigation, real-time traffic, a touch screen interface and digital music storage. There's a Towing package available plus the Shock comes with a powerful 260-hp 4.0-liter V6 engine mated with a five-speed automatic transmission.
