Reading Supports Your Overall HealthUntill recently I was someone who really didn't like to read. I always would tell myself there are better things to do or Ill just see the movie about the book when it comes out. Well I got to a point where I got burnt out on entertaining myself withelectronic devices.
Now all I like to do is read. Not only does it activate my mind, it helps me remember things alot better now and takes my mind off anxiety.
