Pregnant Dream

I had a fee dreams where i had a baby but post birth i never see the baby. It seems so real. Although i never see a ultrasound or the baby it seems real. In my dream everbody knows i had a baby but they never see it either. What does this mean?

    i had the same dream more than once but i dont understand either and i had a same dream about a friend and she now have the baby. im wondering if i had a miscarriage or something.
