TNT huh? Stands for Taters N' Turkey Casserole. Why TNT though? Spice things up with alittle cayenne pepper. We like it spicy in our house. Add alittle, add a lot, up to you on how hot you like things.
2 tbs. olive oil
1 c. celery, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (add more of less depending on your own taste)
1 lb ground turkey
2 cans (10.75 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
4 c. frozen tater tots
Preheat over to 375. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat your oil and add your celery and garlice. Once your celery is softened up alittle, add your salt, pepper, cayenne, and turkey. Cook til your turkey is browned, add both cans of soup. Let simmer about 5 minutes. Pour your turkey mixture into the casserole dish. Top with your tate tots ( I arrange mine so they sit flat on top of your mixture). Cook for about 40 minutes. Let cool about 5-10 minutes, Enjoy!
