Easy Indonesian Stir-fry

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Stir-fry in garlic oil , chopped-up veggies: 1 onion, 3 stalks of celery, a handful of baby corn and packet of mushrooms (any kind but I especially like fan mushrooms for this). (*Optional: Chopped up chili peppers)

Add chopped up in bite-sized pieces: 2 chicken breasts.

Simmer in coconut milk. Season with powdered sage, garlic, turmeric, lemon grass and cumin, a bit of salt. Add chopped scallions and a bit of cilantro at the end.

Serve over rice, couscous or pasta. Serves 4.

Low-cal and delicious!
