this is soooo good! I made it last night. It is the easiest recipe ever!
skinless chicken parts (I use thighs mostly, but works good with drumsticks, skin on)
your favorite bbq sauce
Brown chicken pieces in a large skillet. Drain off fat. Cover every piece with bbq sauce. Cover and simmer at med low heat until cooked through.
The bbq sauce will carmelize and glaze the chicken as it cooks. :)
