My Mom's Famous Pork Chops
Use the pork chops that are thin with bone and a lot of fat.
Dredge them through flour that you have salt and peppered.
fry on each side with a little bit of oil
Drain the oil but keep a little in the pan, especially the bits of drippings and crumbs.
Add 1Tbs of worchestershire
Add 1 can of cream of celery soup
Add 1 small chopped onion
Add milk to get to the consistency that you like
Maybe add some garlic salt if you like that
Cover and simmer on low for about an hour
The pork chops come out very tender and the soup mix makes a gravey...
Serve over white steamed rice.
