Six Nights A Week

I decided to get in better shape this summer but I hate exercise for the sake of exercising.  On the other hand, I love skinny dipping.  I have a big pool and a private back yard.   So, six nights a week I slip off the clothes and swim a mile au naturel. It feels wonderful. Meditative and embracing.
