even took Walking Gym last year.lol.
My advice for any people still in high school, DON'T EVER TAKE THAT CLASS! unless you want to be jogging almost running the whole gym period.
At first, I thought the class was going to be a piece of cake. I thought that we would walk in a normal pace but NO, we were power walking. We walked 2 miles almost everyday. You could lose weight in that class.
But anyways, I like walking but in a calm pace. Especially at the beach by my house,barefoot. It is totally relaxing.
