I Love Wildflowers!!

I do love all types of flowers but I love wildflowers the best.Here in my yard we have one side that has a fence and one side that does'nt.For some reason the side that does'nt have a fence has a lot more weeds but it also has all the pretty wildflowers.During the spring all these beautiful wildflowers pop up every where,all colors all mixed in together.I always tell my guys to cut around the flowers so that I can enjoy them longer.I loved it when my own children or all the little children that I used to babysit would go out to play and they would come back in with wildflowers in their little hands, just for me.That would always put a big smile on my face,I don't babysit for other people anymore but now my granddaughter brings me wildflowers and of course I just love it!!

    No,lillies are not my favorite flowers,lily is a nickname.I used to babysit my 2nd cousin,her name was Anna.She was 2 years old and could'nt say my name,she called me lily,she's 12 now,but all of her family still calls me lily.I love all flowers but I'd have to say that wildflowers are my favorite.

    How lucky you are to have a wild garden as well as a tame one. I;ve had to settle for brining some of the wild ones into my space - but carefully, they do get a little too exuberant when they find god soli and abundant water.
