The Mornings Are The Best.

My favorite time to take a jog is when the sun is just coming up and the air is still a bit cool. There's usually a lack of people around and it's just you, your breath, and your body. Working out at the beginning of the day makes me feel less worn out than I would if I'd have slept in.
