I Like to Workout...

It makes me feel great.  That light feeling like your walking on air and could do anything.  But I get busy, tired, lazy.  I know excuses excuses.

I want to start running again but am way outta shape.  I ran for awhile after high school and loved it.  It took me awhile to build up to running very long.  I've been wanting to start a jogging/walking program but time is not a luxury these days.  When I get done with classes I'm going to start again if my knee will let me(I twisted it bad when I stepped on a thumbtack last week :( OUCH!!!!).

I too, love to workout. I go jogging about 4-5 days a week, do Pilates 3 times a week, and light weight training 2 times a week. I like it a lot.
