    I have been on the Sixpackshortcuts program for 3 months. It's really not a short though just hard work. Not much rest between exer uses, mostly supersets and functional cardio whi h is different from steady cardio. So it's mostly about burning the fat around your abs. They do mountain climbers, burpees stuff like that 20 seconds of each rest 20 then do them again for like 6 sets. Allot of exercises in love your. Ore so it doesn't have to be know an exercises. I had a trainer told me one doesn't need an exercises not sure I agree but it's just burn the fat away and your abs are there to show :). I see mine. Coming out.

    I miss my six pack. For a while there I felt like I was sporting a pony keg ... thanks to the 80/10/10 diet ... I can my belly is flatter I can see the barest hint of my abs. I do yoga know but I know it is not enough to get my abs really cut. What sort of an ab work out do you do?
