    Start walking.
    Get some good shoes.
    Running shoes
    Brooks, NB, Salcony, etc.
    Start slow.
    Walk.
    Then walk, run.
    Work up tp 3-4 miles a day.
    Good job with your workouts.
    Only 4-5 people out of 100 do this.
