Just Started, But I Love Working Out!It's just something new, and it gets me feeling accomplished! I am overweight, but with cardio and weight training, I managed to lose about 20-30 pounds since August. I go about 5 days a week, hitting different body parts on different days. Ex: Chest Triceps, Back and Biceps, Shoulders, Legs, and on my fifth day I work on my weaker muscle like my left arm. I don't really eat healthy, but I try not to eat crap either. The next day when you are sore and can barley manage to get out of the bed, that's when you get that satisfying feeling!
