Taking Care Of My Body

I am not the most active person, but when I do at-home workouts I feel invigorated. Today I came home from talking with friends about working out and losing weight and looked for a workout video on Netflix. I stumbled upon an ab workout that suits my style. I like low impact movements that focus on the lower body. I couldn't do it all the way through because I am out of shape, but I loved how I felt afterwards. I love the feeling of accomplishment and getting in touch with my body.

I am young and need to be more active. I thank God that I am healthy and I can take my body to where I want it to go. I wish I can keep it up and heat healthier too. No more Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pints!

GOOD FOR YOU!! NEVER GET DISCOURAGED. LITTLE BY LITTLE, IF YOU STICK WITH IT, YOU'LL EVENUALLY GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT. YOU JUST HAVE TO STICK TO IT. I USE TO DO MORNING EXERCISES & AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON, PLUS WALK LAPS INSIDE A SUPER WALMART. NOW I JUST WALK MY DOG. I NEED TO GET BACK INTO IT MYSELF. IT MIGHT GET ME TO FEELING BETTER AS WELL. .... THINKING ABOUT IT & ACTUALLY DOING IT, I LACK THE MOTIVATION. ... WHEN I WAS DOING MY WORKOUTS A FRIEND WOULD JOIN ME IN THE AFTERNOON, PLUS WE'LD WALK TOGETHER & SHE ATE MY COOKING. SHE LOST 70 LBS & FELT SO MUCH BETTER. TOO MUCH OF HER COMPANY WAS GETTING ME DOWN, TOO MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, USUALLY TOWARDS ME. I STOPPED WORKING OUT WITH HER, THEN I JUST STOPPED WORKING OUT. ... I HOPE YOU'LL STICK TO IT & NOT GIVE UP. YOU'LL BE HEALTHIER & FEEL MUCH BETTER. I'M HAPPY FOR YOU.
