Taking Care Of My BodyI am not the most active person, but when I do at-home workouts I feel invigorated. Today I came home from talking with friends about working out and losing weight and looked for a workout video on Netflix. I stumbled upon an ab workout that suits my style. I like low impact movements that focus on the lower body. I couldn't do it all the way through because I am out of shape, but I loved how I felt afterwards. I love the feeling of accomplishment and getting in touch with my body.
I am young and need to be more active. I thank God that I am healthy and I can take my body to where I want it to go. I wish I can keep it up and heat healthier too. No more Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pints!
