Sweat Baby Sweat

I love working out. It takes my mind away from everything else going on around me and from all the chaos in my life. I just turn on my ipod and run. Weights are also amazing, especially how you feel and look after. Everyone needs to sweat a bit more and we will all be so much happier. Think about it...Endorphines make you feel gooood.

I go about 6 days a week too. I love to run/jog (3 days a week; 45-60 minutes), take long 2 hour walks (3 days a week), and do some Pilates (on my running days for 20 minutes).

You know what you are right u do feel alot better after u work out.When i wake up in the mornin i feel alt better and im in a better mood when i worked out my regular schedule during the week
