Been Doing It For Years.

I have been training for years now. About 20 years, as a matter of fact. I love training hard and keeping my body strong. It helps me perform better on the job and during intimate times with my wife.

I love being lean and strong. I take about 14 different vitamins a day, creatine and NOS before every workout. I train 4 times a week. Sometimes I go heavy, sometimes not. I am not a powerlifter or a bodybuilder. I do general fitness and strength training.

I will drop into this group from time to time and try to get to know everyone. So far I like what I have read.
