I Like Working With My Hands

I have always been fascinated with dolls houses and the tiny furniture that goes in it. Years ago a mob called Del Prado put out a magazine where they gave you information about all different dolls houses and the things that went in them as well as the pieces to put together your own dolls house and to make the furniture and all the tiny objects that go with it. I still haven't finished my dolls house but I have joined a miniature group and once a month we meet and teach each other things to make and put in dolls houses and picture boxes. I was given a flip clip at one meeting and told I could make it into a miniature handbag. Well now I'm addicted to this specialist art. I've made several handbags, sets of matching carrybags and now I've just finished my second suitcase. I have photos on my EP sight if anyone is interested. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than creating my little miniatures and I am glad to say that my little works have recieved a lot of compliments about how real they look. thanks for listening.
