Sometimes It Really Helps
when my head is all stuffed up and about ready to explode, i just grab a pencil and paper and start writing. not thinking, just writing any and every random thought that my hand can get out. sometimes my head just becomes too full, and all of the excess thoughts need a place to go. i always feel less overwhelmed afterwards, and rereading all the randomness later can crack me up. i have to wonder where some of these thoughts even come from in the first place. it's a great release.
