My New Method.

I have trouble waking up in the mornings, and i seem to have had this problem for most of my life.

Of course now having depression only makes this situation worse because you basically want to sleep life away at times...

However due to my new positiveness and trying to deal with things... i've decided that the latest i will allow myself to sleep in till is now 8am! no matter what!!!

however its not always easy!....

So I've come up with a new way to start the day! (although im sure its not new and many other people do it too but its new for me!)

I keep my ipod right next to my bed and when its time to wake up... before i do anything, or even open my eyes! I pop the earphones into my ears and play some tunes that i love!

I tried it for the first time this morning! and i was tired! because i didnt get much sleep!

But it worked! I was actually dancing in bed! and it got me in a very positive mood for the rest of the day : )

So positive progress so far! lets see how this goes!

Hahaha Thanks. I have to admit I kinda got slack with this little routine method! Mainly because I just started a new job and after i did this I got a cold so slept through the recovery! lol! But yeah now that i remember it I definately should do it again!!! :D Because it did work! Hope it works for you!

Awesome. I`m going to try that now. 8 am is the perfect time to wake up lol.
