when listening to music, it can always calm me down like if im in a sad mood or depressed i'll listen to songs that are you know slow beat and stuff but if i'm mad, i'll listen to anything like powerful.

it's a good song to listen to if you're into like screamo and stuff but it's not in the whole thing it's towards the end.
