Let's look at that in a positive way for ourselves in 2012. Every little choice, every little word and behavior determines our future and our life. Such an excellent time the new year is for introspection. When I look at where I was a year ago - whew! I have been awakened to my reality and the responsibility I have for myself. Let me focus on the destiny that I want and then walk that path with strength.

LS, you are so correct. It occurred to me how everything we do carries on into the next day and we get momentum from there. I have stopped self-medicating (drinking) last year. I can see now how a night of drinking, and a hangover the next day can impair one day after another.

We have to make deliberate choices on what we are going to do with our lives. The time is precious and life is such a fragile thing.

I love that! Reading that really makes sense to me and you put it so well. I know I need to remember that and take responsibility for my life and my future every day.I did recently figure out that I am exactly where I brought myself, and it has been actually very liberating for me. I have been very wonderful at blaming others or circumstances for what I am going through, but not any longer i am proud to say.
