I Live In a Sexless Marriage
Precious To Me
Today I was reminded by a beautiful woman why living is pleasurable
She shared an intimate bit of herself with me and I am grateful for that
Because she reminded me how beautiful women are when they care
Though I have never met her we share things in common and in spirit
We have both known the pain of rejection and the emptiness of life alone
With an uncaring partner who can’t love us or recognize what we could give
We have talked and shared moments of mirth and bits of ourselves for fun
Seeking relief from the endless tedium of living within a loveless vacuum world
She is young and beautiful though she would blush at that description unbelieving
While my days are winding down to my end which is as it is meant to be in Nature
Yet we have something in common the ability to see outside ourselves and to love
Making us different from the people we are yoked with who see only inside themselves
So this is in praise of the kindness of a gentle caring lady who shared herself with me
Whose humor I admire and if I could but reach her I would make an impression on her
She’s a saucy wench and as yet unspanked which I’m pretty certain she would much enjoy
Playtime would be a riot and though I’d likely come out second best there are no regrets
Each of us have things that we can give to those we love there is never a reason to withhold
The days we have here are short but each smile that we make is a treasure created unparalleled
So today I received a treasure a smile because someone was thinking about me with a bit of love
Letting no good deed go unpunished dear I have now immortalized you in this small way of mine
