Tired Of Living With Hurt From Someone Who Says They Love You.....

Today is the beginning of a new life for me. I have been hurt, put down, turned against, left behind, and just flat out mistreated. I have allowed this for 5 years. I thought when you loved someone you are there for them, you support them, you encourage them, you desire their affections, and care about what happens in their lives. And no matter what your love is unconditional as long as there is mutual respect and honesty. I have experienced the total opposite. This person has shown me the true meaning of hatred, disgust, selfishness, wickedness, and disloyalty. I only had 2 children when I met him, but now I have 2 more little ones by him. My oldest are 21 and 14. Now I have a 4 yr old and 7 month old. I don't know what to do. I know that he is in this relationship for his own success, once he has obtained it, we are on our own.

If "today is the beginning of a new life for (you)" then go see a lawyer in your jurisdiction and get all the relevant information about how a divorce would shake out for you.

With this information you can start getting your exit strategy into shape, and thus create a viable alternative to your present situation.

It would probably be wise to make this a covert project.

Tread your own path.

You have to do what is best for you. You only get one shot at life, so why live in misery?
