    Can you guys try talking to your husbands? There has to be reasons behind this.

    Coping is not the answer. Changing your own life is the only way forward IMO.

    I coped with food and depression. Not the best mechanism! Doing things differently, one step at a time, now.

    Like anything in life, I ask myself what i am supposed to learn - and pray for strength to hear the message and act on it. I am in awareness stage, but not ready to act. I cope by exercising, healthy living goals, career goals and travel.

    I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately this can sometimes be a sign that there is something wrong in the relationship. Have you tried talking to your husband about this, and how long has it been without sex?

      Wow. How was I supposed to know? When a topic titled 'I live in a sexless marriage' with the question "how do we women cope" is posted, it insinuates that this is not an enjoyable experience and that perhaps the person is seeking some advice. I am a young woman and I am just trying to offer advice and help others on this site. There is no need to be so mean in your response.
