Its not complicated. Its actually very simple. A refusing spouse does not share sexual intimacy. A refused spouse wants sexual intimacy from that specific refuser. Its like going to a toolshop to buy a chocolate mousse cake. No matter how much you want the toolshop to sell you cake, it can only sell you a tool. You want cake, go to a cakeshop.
