Changes

Husband is suddenly trying reeeeeeeeally hard. He's still.... an ***, but he's an *** who's lifting the occasional finger around the house without being asked, actually finishing the things that are his responsibility, and even went so far as to suggest sex this morning. Well, he said he wanted to "race" the baby (baby was starting to wake up in the other room, but was not fussing yet)--he said he was sure we could beat him.... Right.... Maybe he could, but that's not a hell of a lot of incentive for me, frankly. If it comes between an unsatisfying quickie then having to go get up the baby and sleeping another five minutes before getting the baby, I'll take the sleep, please.

Anyway, since coming back from my trip and deciding yes to divorce, I have completely switched to OFF with him. It's only been just over a week, but it feels like months have passed. One step at a time here, though.
