There Is Only Now.

What does it mean to live in the present moment? The present moment is all there is. Forget, right now, about the ideas you have of past, present, and future. None of that exists. There is only NOW. The past only exists as a memory that is occuring right NOW. The future only exists and potential and possibilities occuring NOW. Everything exists right NOW. It is impossible NOT to live in the present moment. Everything that is, is happening right now. Look and see. Cease being frozen in the illusion of time. Change doesn't happen somewhere in the future. Nor has it ever occured in the past. Change is constant, and is constantly taking place NOW.
