Losing Someone

My paternal grandmother passed away last summer. It was like a big shock for everyone in the family, specially my dad. Her memories were so deeply stamped on my mind that even after a year I still feel a lump in my throat whenever I think about her kind roundish little face. A week ago, I lost my maternal grandfather. We weren't so close and he didn't care about my mom that much. When I heard about his death, I delved deeply into my childhood memories trying to find something about him; but I couldn't. Having grandparents is like a gift for every grandchild, but loving and caring are completely mutual.
