...now Add Some Movement

Ive been walking more lately, but I think I am going to make a concerted effort to do it.  Daily, and with a purpose!  Im not gonna push too hard, but I figure if I push a little more, results will show!

When do you think the best time to walk is?  I think in the morning, its so quiet and everything is so fresh, the evening just seems hot and worn out to me!

Exercising when you first wake up (ie before you eat anything) improves the amount of fat burned for the same effort.

I love walking in the morning, but I have to admit that getting up to do it is a little beyond me sometimes, so evening walks are more frequent for me.
