My Mom, My Best Friend, My Business Partner

I lost my mom to uterine cancer on August 12, 2009. She was 61 years young. She had been a 16 year breast cancer survivor. My mom was my best friend. We lived in the same neighborhood and were business partners. We had worked side by side for 20 years. Losing her has been the worst experience of my life. My husband of 21 years is so supportive. My dad is well and still lives in our neighborhood. I know I have a lot to be thankful for, but I just can't seem to be happy again.
