I Lost My Father to Cancer

Too Young.

My healthy dad was only 56 when he was so unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer.  I watched him suffer and die 2 months late on Christmas morning 2007.  I don't think it will ever feel real.  I was only 22.

    This **** really hurts, no words seem to help. my Dad is also dying from cancer. Seems just like a bad dream.

    Hi,sorry about you loss! ive been thru a very similar experience,the same happened to my dad,last christmas(just gone).he ws only 59,and im only 25,and im absolutely devastated,i just dont know what 2 do!.I kno what u mean,wen u say,it dosent seem real,i still,expect him to walk thru the door,or be sitting their in his seat.Christmas,just wont he the same again,he died in y and my mums arms1,he was only dianosed 2 months b4!,

    I dont think we will ever understand,how fast this happened,its just so scary what cancer and do to u!

    im sorry about your loss...cancer is well..a bunch of words that wouldnt be suitable to say and i wish i could somehow take that pain away that you feel
