How did it happen? At what point did I lose sight of myself? What was I thinking? All painful questions like an uppercut to the jaw, from out of nowhere. Down for count, dizzy, disoriented, head spinning, vision blurred. You fight to grasp a moment of clarity, get your bearings, and stand back up.

I'm taking the 10 count, but you did not defeat me. Never let your self worth and heart lie in the hands of an unworthy contender.

Just when I thought I couldn't be any more lost, there I was. Intact, whole, strong and wize

Im still standing....

I'm getting up, in fact today is the first day of the rest of my life

A positive attitude is half the battle...

Nobody has ever killed themselves over a broken arm. But every day, thousands of people kill themselves because of a broken heart. Why? Because emotional pain hurts much worse than physical pain.”
― Oliver Markus, Sex and Crime: Oliver's Strange Journey

This is so true.

Some times we get so caught up in trying to please others or daily life that we forget to take the time to do things that we enjoy that are solely for oneself.

I think we've all been there before and it's not a pleasant place either. Hang in there and keep your head up.

Ty I appreciate it :)

Never ever again will I allow anyone to defeat me, control me in any way. And beware the trolls who offer help and friendship. They seem nice but are seriously damaged.

never give up, never surrender to anyone
