Started At 190 and Went Down From There

First of all, let me tell you that I am now 30 years old and 5'4". Several years ago, I was very depressed and was alcoholic.  I weighed about 190 lbs.  I think that was my highest weight ever.   I was about 22 years old. Wanna know how I kicked Alcoholism?  I said to myself "boy it's making me fat.  I'm gonna stop drinking today", and from what I remember, I did just that.  Stopped cold turkey.  Over the course of about maybe year and a half, I dropped 100 lbs.  I hovered there, in the 90-100 lb range, for reasons that require great detail, and then about 3 years ago, when I was 26 years old, my weight dropped to 64 lbs.  That was my lowest weight ever.  So, all in all, I dropped almost 130 lbs.  Have gained some of it back.  Was forced to.  Long story.

120 is my ideal weight. I was in the hospital and gaind weight, then I went truck driving with my fiance for a year, wich all I did was just sit there making me gain more weight. Then I found out I was prignat 9 months ago and gaind even more weight. Now I'm like 219, I'm sick of it. I'm due Sept. 22, 2007. After I have the baby I sadly feel that I want to addopt an eating problem. I used to have an inerexia problem and would'nt mind picking it up again because I'm sick of being fat. I want to keep my teeth healthy some how, and I'm worried about not having a lot of energy for the baby too after he is born if I start starving myself. I want healthy teeth and lots of energy, but at the same time loos a whole bunch of weight!
