Laughing Is The Best Medicine

Due to suffering with depression and anxiety, it is not very often that I do have a good laugh but when I do, boy do I feel good and I usually feel good for a long amount of time. I usually try and watch comedy on the TV or hang out with some funny friends to try and keep me going. I do really enjoy a good laugh. I think the one program on the TV that never fails to make me chuckle is Russell Howards good news. He is just so funny and the way he interprets the news is just full on hilarious, it's a shame that it's only on for half an hour. Also, Family Guy is pretty funny too.

Overall, I do try and keep positive by having a good laugh. It's a shame that the auditions for Britain's got Talent has finished now because that's also extremely comical.

If anyone has any really funny jokes or story, do tell :)
